  Chris is very professional and clean!! He pays attention to detail and completes the job correctly the first time. He answered questions as he worked, which I appreciated. This is the second job we have hired Chris for. He is our go to guy for plumbing.

  Chris came over a couple months ago and installed a tankless water heater for us. I compared his pricing and his know-how with a few other competitors and it was clear to me he was the choice. Chris did a great job of walking me through what would take place, as well as the pricing. Even though, it was a pretty involved job and there were several steps in the process because of our current home setup, there were no surprises because of his thorough due diligence and experience.
  
  I then called him today (on a Saturday no less) to come over and look at our furnace because it wasn’t firing up. The fix was relatively simple, but not something I would’ve figured out. When I offered to pay him, he declined. Not only am I impressed with his integrity, but his customer service and willingness to come over and help me in a pinch! I would recommend Chris to anyone else with plumbing/HVAC needs!
